Team Leader

>Responsible for health and safety. Reporting all accidents, incidents and near misses supporting investigations

>Responsible for company KPI's such as :

             5S - Adherence to effective line clearance and daily/monthly auditing to be adhered too

             OTIF- Ensuring product is manufactured as plan ensuring process adherence is maintained

             PE- Ensure machines/operators are running to target. Monitoring machine performance and reporting through matics.

             CI- Promoting CI culture within the cell. Identifying the 8 wastes. Documenting and minimising them within the process.

>Create and sustain a positive team culture. Identifying the training needs of the staff within your cell and training requirements for yourself.

>Maintaining product quality . Ensuring patrol inspection and Team leader inspections are carried out on time and correctly.

> Ensuring process adherence is maintained to works instruction/works order and CDS.

>Maintain and reporting on Gemba boards ensuring it is effectively communicated to cell members daily.

>Control of MRP (labelling and kitting) within the moulding process. Works order control to be maintained.

>Support in 8Ds' and NCR's utilising problem solving techniques.

>Sustain compliance to ISO9001,ISO14001 and IATF16949.

>Support in project related tasks as required.

>Represent the company with suppliers, customers and internal departments as required.

>Complete any other reasonable tasks as required.

> Leading, support, training and mentoring of your cell members.

>Respect, promote and practice the published core values of the business.
